President Obama’s singing abilities took center stage again on a recent PBS program scheduled to air on Feb. 27th. Clearly a little hesitant, the President honored the request of legendary musicians Mick Jagger and Buddy Guy and sang a few lines from Sweet Home Chicago.
Since releasing a few notes from Al Green’s classic last month, the public cannot get enough of hearing the Commander-in-Chief sing a few tunes. He even “inspired” potential competitor Mick Romney to “try” (heavy stress on the word “TRY”) to belt out a few tunes of his own.
The big question is will the public’s appreciation / fascination with the President’s singing voice translate into votes come November? Guess we’ll know in a few months!
